Overview
Accelerated Concepts, a now acquired hardware designer and manufacturer specializing in cellular networking equipment, sold an enterprise connectivity solution to data giant AT&T. Due to the nature of the technology, a sophisticated solution to helping end users set this up was crucial.
Approach
In order to simplify the use of the U115, Accelerated and AdEasel worked on developing an interactive online user guide that would allow users to ‘choose their own adventure’ when it came time to setting up their system – providing helpful tutorials, graphics and online resources based on user’s input.
designing an experience
The team at Accelerated outlined different setup scenarios a user may come across during their experience installing their new device. Through the use of spreadsheets, scenario mapping and experience modeling, we developed step-by-step questionnaire that would guide the user through their device specs and delivered a user guide that fit their specifications.
